At Decent Abaya, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original packaging and tags intact.

Non-Returnable Products

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Hijabs
  • Niqabs
  • Khimars
  • Innerwear items
  • Customized products
  • Sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever applicable.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
